Group Coaching Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in this group coaching program, you agree to the following:

Program Access: You will receive access to the full duration of the program, including live calls, resources, and any additional materials.
Confidentiality: All participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others inside the container.
Participation: Your results are a reflection of your commitment. You are encouraged to show up fully to get the most from this experience.
Intellectual Property: All program content remains the property of Jenny Webb Coaching and Consulting and is not to be shared, copied, or distributed.
Wellbeing Disclaimer: This program is not therapy. You are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical health throughout the program. If you are under the care of a mental health provider, please consult them before joining.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature and limited spots in the group, no refunds will be provided once payment is processed.
Payment Plans: If you opt into a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
Transfers: In exceptional circumstances, you may request to transfer your place to a future round of the program. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
Contract Termination: Jenny Webb Coaching and Consulting reserves the right to remove any participant from the program for breach of terms, disruptive behaviour, or failure to make payments.
