Hi, I'm Jenny!

Jenny Wardell-Webb | Empowerment & Mindset Coach & Mentor | Master NLP Practitioner | Breathwork & Hypnotherapy Facilitator

I help women in their midlife remember who they are beneath the layers of burnout, people-pleasing and self-doubt. With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Leadership across corporate and not-for-profit spaces, I bring a deep understanding of human behaviour, workplace culture, and personal transformation. I now combine this with powerful mindset tools to support women to be able to understand and navigate their lives on how to reclaim their self-worth, confidence and joy.  And live with a full heart.

I am a certified: Master NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Empowerment and Mindset Coach/Mentor and Reiki Master Teacher

My approach blends subconscious healing with nervous system regulation, transformational coaching, and deep embodiment work. Whether you're feeling stuck, invisible, or like you've lost your spark, I am here to show you that you're not broken, you’ve just forgotten your brilliance. It’s time to rise.
